The biopsychosocial model is an interdisciplinary model that uses the interconnection between biology, psychology, and socio-environmental factors to evaluate your mental health. The model specifically examines how these aspects play a role in topics ranging from health, disease and overall development. According to the biopsychosocial model, it is the complex interrelation of all three factors (biological, psychological, social) that leads to a given outcome—each component on its own is insufficient to lead definitively to health or illness. Superbloom uses this model to support your health journey with resources for your body and mind while providing community support.
